Jack-by-the-Hedge, Garlic Mustard, Hedge Garlic, Wildflower of the British Isles seeds
Description:
A native wild flower frequently found along hedgerows, wood margins and the like. An attractively modest plant with foliage smelling of garlic when crushed, and heads of small white flowers in spring. By virtue of their mild garlic flavouring, the leaves have many uses (such as finely chopped in a salad) in the kitchen, indeed, to the English palate, its relative mildness may give it a distinct advantage over its far more famous (or infamous) namesake. 1-4 ft.
